As a certified NLP Practitioner and Transformational Life Coach with training in ArtLife Coaching, I love weaving together practical mindset tools with creative expression. My workshops are heart-centred yet grounded- perfect for anyone who wants to clarify their goals, recharge their vision, and reconnect with their “why.”
