Hi Friendo!
​My name is Em, I am a multidisciplinary artist based on Gadigal land in Sydney’s Inner West. I work across the intersections of digital illustration, painting, graphic storytelling and textile design.

Through my work I explore themes of joy, sadness, the body and mental health. Recently my work has skewed towards depictions of femme figures unapologetically lounging.

I love sharing my skills with others and encouraging others to embrace creativity and their own style.

Fun, relaxed and inspiring class Introduced some basics of life drawing and how to make a repeat pattern from the drawings that can be used for textiles, for example. Very enjoyable drawing session and I have lots of ideas for patterns to make now!

Fantastic class! Emily was a great teacher and it was great to learn new drawing techniques and repeat pattern making. Plenty of wine and nibbles were provided too for a relaxed and fun night :)
