Glossy and silky, mild and milky: You’ll be heating, stretching, folding and “balling” your way to ‘melt in your mouth’ pillows of burrata and bocconcini.

Join us for this hands-on beginners cheese making class where we will turn you into a bocconcini buff in 100 minutes. We’ll show you how to whip up delicious cheeses in your urban Sydney kitchen using common kitchen equipment you’ll have at home already.

Sip on bottomless bubbles while we cover the basics of milk selection using store-bought milk, acidification, coagulation and finally turning the curds into luscious melty bocconcini and cream, oozy burrata.

This class is great for fun team building activities in Sydney, hens party ideas and other private events.

What a great class to break from the daily grind.
I took my husband with me that has little to no cooking sense and he had a great time and top it off with Bubbles - it was a great time to learn about the food we tend to forget how intricate is.
The Instructor and the assistant were great and made all of the attendees feel like we were experienced cheese makers.
We all took enough cheese home.
Great night out for team building, girls night out, first date experiences and of course seasoned married couples.

Overall good experience the instructor is lovely the class is informative and the venue is nice.

This class was a great one to take! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and noticed how it was well organised and set up. Our materials were already set out and we were offered bubbles straight away. The class was not too crowded with space between each group, and the layout of the room was clear. We were particularly impressed by the demonstrator's desk having a camera hooked up to a tv screen so we could have a better view of the techniques being demonstrated. The class was well catered to for beginners and we learnt a lot and had great fun! Highly recommend this class to anyone intrigued by the description to give it a go!

The cheese curd and mozzarella is pre-made upon arrival. I felt a little disappointed as I thought we'd actually be making it from scratch but given the time frame, now I understand. However you do get to watch how it's made whilst drinking endless bubbles! Making of the Burrata and Bocconcini was fun though, very hands on process and it's not as easy as it looks! The teacher was lovely and seemed very passionate, however I personally couldn't understand her much, she had a strong accent and spoke very quickly too. We were given the recipe at the end, which I'm glad for and I came home with a tub full of Bocconcini and Burrata!

I couldn't fault anything. Eveline was entertaining and funny and kept our attention. The bubbles flowed as it should have. The class size and room was ideal.
The only thing that i would recommend is that a copy of the video presentation be available, whether it is of the night (probably not ideal from your perspective), or one prerecorded and access provided on line. Downloadable may be better.
Definitely interested in another course.

Well run, super fun cheese making course. The class is spacious and well laid out with everything ready for you on arrival. Good use of technology (camera & monitor above the demo-station). The instructor is knowledgeable and keeps it light & fun. The instructions are easy to follow and the result is amazing cheese! I loved the option of purchasing a cheese platter in advance, and the bubbles are definitely free flowing!
The end result is lots of delicious burrata and bocconcini to take home! Makes a fun event for girls day out, date activity or group activity. Parking was easy to find in nearby streets. Highly recommended!

We learned about the correct milk to use for cheesemaking, and learned how to make burrata and bocconcini.

We also were given bottomless bubbles which was a plus!

Class commenced a little late but began soon after everyone was seated. The teacher was friendly and welcomed everyone with a smile. The preliminary ingredients (mozzarella skin) and (the Burrata filling) are premade and provided for us. Consequently, we don't get to see how that process is done. We do get the recipe for these at the end of the class. Perhaps doing the mozzarella class first may be preferable but not necessary. The venue was neat, tidy and modern. Everyone would have had a clear view of the teacher. There was also a screen to view what the teacher was doing from an above view perspective. The instructions and demonstration was clear but by the time we actually began making the boconcini , I had forgotten the first instructions. I suggest that there should be a replay on the screen of each process or alternatively to break up the process in order to keep up with the teacher rather than starting the process at the end of all the steps and then relying on memory. Perhaps some people may have a strong short term memory but others may not and only remember the last instructions. The floor is quite slippery if you happen to kaplonk your mozzarella in the bowl of hot water, as I did. So, do heed their advice to wear appropriate non slip closed shoes. Overall, a most pleasant experience, my partner and I enjoyed the class and would most definitely return to do other cheese making classes.

Class was great fun. The space the class is held in is very comfortable, audio visual equipment is also used to enhance the classes' ability to follow along. Instructions were easy to follow and the instructor was very helpful, moving about the room to chat and provide pointers. Some of the trickier steps have already been completed upon your arrival, so it comes down to just getting your hands dirty and mastering the technique of forming and shaping. End product was fantastic.

A great class, we appreciated the way the instructor discussed the differences in milk and which one to use as well as a practical demonstration of a tried and tested method to make your own mozzarella. Be prepared to end up with a lot of cheese to take home!

Absolutely loved this class! The venue was fabulous, the teachers were so friendly and entertaining and the class overall was so well-paced and fun. I would definitely recommend purchasing a grazing box with the class as it's a good idea to line your stomach before all of the bottomless bubbles! This was an amazing experience and I'm definitely keen for more cheese making in the near future.
