In this 4-week program, we will:

Week 1 - Where are you breathing? We explore where we breathe and gently learn to use our diaphragm.
Week 2 - Let's go a little deeper - We go a little deeper in the length and depth of breath.
Week 3 - Explore breathing techniques - There are so many breathing practices - we can have some fun with different techniques.
Week 4 - Bring it all together - In this session, we will put it all together and go on a breathwork journey.

Each week, there will be a take-home leaflet with a little homework to help you maintain your practise.

Handouts and an amazing experience of learning to breathe to control stress and anxiety and aid sleep.
What to bring
Yoga mat, pen, water bottle, open heart and mind.
Session repeats

This class series runs over 4 consecutive sessions, at the same time every week.

Hi my name is Glenda and my passion is Aromatherapy and Breath Meditation what it can do to help heal the mind, body and spirit!

Your sense of smell can unlock many memories and great healing potential, which is why essential oils have so many health and well being benefits. Using essential oils to aid the Meditation journey its a match made in heaven.

I have been a qualified Aromatherapist for nearly 8 years and after Meditating for many years become qualified facilitator with 200 hours of practice to be qualified.
