It was a time of reflection and Irina was an exellent instructor. A very relaxing experience and would love to do again. Some time to meditate and enjoy the calming face mask. The night finished with another delicious mocktail, a fruit platter and some happy chatter among the ladies. A great experience!

After placing our footwear in a storage area we each took our place on individual mats which had lovely cushions & a fresh towel on them. Individually, we, as like minded women, introduced ourselves to the group who ranged in age from their 20’s to their mid 60’s. Irina led us with a meditation then guided us through the 3 stages of the facial using natural products which she had placed in our individual bowls. Following this we lay down on our mats to enjoy a period of relaxation accompanied by the beautiful noise & vibration of the sound bowls. There was a further meditation before we headed outdoors to the tranquility of the courtyard before enjoying a different mocktail & a skewer of various fresh fruits. Overall it was a lovely, immersive experience.

After a refreshing "Mocktail" in the pretty courtyard we entered the studio that delivered a beautiful ambience and began a relaxing, meditating facial that included self massage. I have extremely sensitive skin and Irina took this into consideration. As a result - my skin felt so smooth and soft that evening and has continued into the next day. I've kept away from makeup today and my skin is so calm. I recommend this experience to everyone!

I had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, from the delicious juices to the lovely auto face massage in all of its phases. One suggestion: Teach each massage movement followed by the corresponding sense memory, instead of teaching all massage movements together before. Sometimes I couldn’t remember which massage movement to do. Thank you so much for all of your care and love. Congratulations.
