The class also includes practical information on jars, sterilising, bottling, storage, and troubleshooting, so you leave feeling confident rather than confused.
You will go home with your own sauerkraut, a seasonal pickle, a flavoured kombucha made in class, and your very own SCOBY to continue brewing at home.
