Hi, I'm Fiona, Colour Analyst and Image Consultant at My Colour and Style.
A few years ago, I was stuck. My wardrobe was almost entirely activewear and black. I'd lost my sense of style, I felt uninspired every time I got dressed, and honestly, I'd stopped seeing myself in the mirror. Then I discovered colour analysis, and everything changed. The first time I saw the right colours next to my face, I looked brighter, fresher and more like *me*. That was my lightbulb moment, and I've been hooked ever since.
When I renovated my own home, I realised the exact same principles (undertone, depth and brightness) apply to a space as much as an outfit. Colour isn't just fashion. It changes how we feel, how we show up and how others see us.
Why I love teachingI've been a personal trainer since 2000, so helping people feel confident is in my blood. Nothing beats the moment in a session when someone sees the right colour light up their face and the whole room gasps. Watching a group laugh, cheer each other on and walk out standing a little taller is the best part of my job.
A little bragging- AOPI-certified Colour Analyst for three years, plus a qualified NLP Practitioner, so I understand the mindset side of confidence too
- I've draped over 2, 000 people
- My colour work has been part of Netflix's *Bridgerton* Season 4, the Challenge: Diamonds Gala and Matilda Life (Jo Mercer's label)
- I've run colour workshops for The Commons co-working space, SeneGence and Money Quest's business breakfast
- I've spoken on stage at the Lardner Park Home and Garden Expo
Something you might not knowI don't use spring, summer, autumn or winter. My work is palette-based, which is far more personal and accurate. You're not a season; you're you!
Come and play with colour. I promise you'll leave seeing yourself differently.
