Firehouse Barbecue is an award winning Australian competition barbecue team, competing across VIC, SA and NSW. We have been teaching BBQ classes for the past 7 years across Melbourne and sharing our love of american style low 'n' slow barbecue. Across the last four years, we have delivered over 35 BBQ classes in Melbourne and taught over 1, 000 class participants. Our classes are small groups, so everyone can be as hands-on/off as they like!We have partnered with some of Melbourne's biggest BBQ brands and during 2025 started a residency at Hark Enterprises, in Dandenong South. A purpose-built class arena, designed to take participants through how to smoke brisket, pork ribs, reverse seared steaks, carolina pulled pork and heaps more.
