What you'll do

Looking to connect more deeply with yourself? Join this full moon or new moon healing circle workshop today! The Workshop can of course be tailored to your unique needs. Beginners always welcome ;)

The Full Moon represents the most powerful point in the lunar cycle. It is the perfect time to look within, to move with the flow of our internal waters, release and let go of what no longer serves us in order to move forward.

Gathering includes:

Clear out old energy through an energy balancing meditation and breathwork / gentle yoga.
Through ritual & reflective questions.. make use of the Full Moon energy to release and let go of feelings, emotions, situations, patterns and relationships that no longer serve us, in a safe, supportive space.
The releasing circle will provide everyone with an opportunity for personal time to reflect and to write down what we want to let go of.

This workshop is completely beginner friendly and open to anyone seeking space, clarity and a deeper connection to their inner guidance.

On the other hand, the New Moon is a very powerful time to bring positive change into our lives. Its burst of new energy is an opportunity to shed the past and begin new ventures and experiences.

Whether you are wanting to bring change to your health, career, mindset, romance, lifestyle or life direction, this is the perfect time to get clear on your intentions for the month ahead. Manifestation rituals are powerfully symbolic and a beautiful opportunity for self-reflection and connection to our intuition.

Gathering includes:

Chakra balancing meditation / Gentle Yoga
Crystal healing (bring your crystals!)
New Moon guided reflection ritual (written or creatively expressed) to aid you in setting intentions and goals for the month ahead.
Crystals and essential oils to enhance manifestation.

This workshop is for anyone seeking clarity, connection and new beginnings in any aspect of their life.

Suitable for

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

Your teacher can also travel within 25 kms of Point Cook, to a venue of your choice for a private class
