Join our vibrant and hands-on unique fused glass painting workshop in Melbourne to unleash your creativity!
Discover the unique art of fused glass painting, a method that combines traditional painting techniques with modern glass fusion. Using vibrant colours, stencils and special tools, you’ll have the chance to create stunning, one-of-a-kind glass artworks that reflect your personal style.
No experience? No problem! Our workshops provida warm and supportive environment where participants of all levels feel welcome.
In this class, you won’t just have a great time—you’ll also learn fusion painting techniques and step into the amazing world of glass art. By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a beautiful masterpiece to cherish or share as a special gift.
You can choose from our selection of unique designs and personelize your creation on a custom-cut 20x20 cm glass piece. Your artwork will be permanently fused in a kiln at 800°C. Upon completion, you may use your piece as a decorative plate or a display panel.

Ekim was very welcoming and showed me around the studio, including many examples of the type of project I would be doing (as well as a lot of the other gorgeous work she has done). Ekim explained the project thoroughly and assisted when needed with design, colour choice etc. The time flew by and my project is now drying, ready to be fired in the kiln - I can't wait to collect it next week! This is a lovely, relaxing class in a beautiful, inspiring studio. You won't be disappointed if you try it out.

The teachers were amazing and so helpful. I found out have zero talent when it comes to drawing/painting and we came up with an idea to try that meant I wouldn’t need to try using a paint brush to draw (it did mean I didn’t use any of the stencils made that were absolutely gorgeous though!). I am VERY excited to see how it turns out! Loved hearing about the history of the gallery and business and seeing all the different pieces (including those being worked on currently). Was super easy to book using a gift card with the number of sessions available to choose from. I definitely recommend a visit and trying a class - might need to practice my lines so I can try one of the beautiful stencils next time! No photos at the moment as the piece hasn’t been fired yet but hopefully I’ll be able to add them later on.

Camda Atelier & Gallery
Camdal Atelier is an international studio founded by Enver Camdal in the 1970s, renowned for its capacity and experience in transforming diverse materials into works of art. After completing numerous art projects in Istanbul using mosaic, ceramic, copper, and concrete relief techniques, Enver Camdal continued his artistic journey in Australia in the mid-1980s. There, he realized extensive mosaic, sculpture, and relief works in public spaces across Sydney and Melbourne, occasionally collaborating with Helen Bodycomb and Geof Hogg on public art projects.
Returning to Turkey in 2000, the artist, alongside Hacer Koca, revitalized their studio, incorporating fusion glass and terrazzo techniques into their repertoire. They have since created unique projects for numerous interior and exterior spaces and public areas, integrating their collective experience and technical expertise.
Since 2018, the studio’s artistic endeavors have continued in Melbourne with a gallery studio established by Hacer Koca and Ekim Roya Kose under the consultancy of Enver Camdal. Here, they continue to explore their diverse techniques and create impactful artworks.
