Good Food Good Friends Inc is a registered charity through the ACNC. The purpose of the organisation is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals facing mental health challenges or social isolation.This is where our classes come in!We partner with local instructors, run hands-on, experience-based classes whether they are related to food, creativity, music or arts. These classes are open to everyone and designed to be welcoming, engaging and shared. They are not just about learning a skill - they are fun and help creating moments where people connect naturally.As a charity, these classes play a bigger role...They help us raise funds to support our community programs - creating accessible, inclusive experiences for individuals and groups who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate.
