Hi, I’m Laura, the founder of Grazelnut, a Melbourne-based grazing and catering business known for creating beautifully styled, show-stopping food experiences for weddings, events, and celebrations.
My journey started with a love for hosting and bringing people together. I’ve always believed that food is more than just something you eat — it sets the tone, creates connection, and becomes part of the memory. What began as creating grazing tables for friends and family quickly turned into a business as people started asking, “Who did this?” That moment was the turning point where Grazelnut was born.
Over the years, I’ve styled and catered for weddings, corporate events, launches, and private celebrations, with a strong focus on presentation, detail, and creating something that feels truly special for each client. My signature style blends abundant, high-quality produce with a visually impactful setup, whether that’s rustic grazing tables or modern white plinth displays.
What I love most about teaching is giving people the confidence to create something beautiful themselves. Grazing can feel overwhelming when you’re starting, but once you understand the flow, styling techniques, and little tricks, it becomes such a fun and creative process. Watching someone go from “I don’t know where to start” to “I made this” is the best part.
