Real food, real flavour — cooking that nourishes.
I used to work in the fast-paced world of entertainment advertising, but around 30, I decided to follow a quieter passion — baking. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Kobe, Japan, and later built my own dessert brand in Beijing, known for combining the lightness of Japanese sweets with the depth of French pastry. Less sugar, more flavour. Always thoughtful.
Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of cooking and baking students, both in person and online. But it wasn’t until I became a mother — and faced my own health challenges — that I truly understood food’s power to heal. Through studying nutrition and changing the way I eat, I reversed early signs of diabetes and regained not just my energy, but a deeper joy for life.
Now based in Melbourne, I teach not just how to cook, but how to nourish.
I love working with fresh ingredients, simple methods, and traditional Japanese, Chinese, and European flavours. Healthy desserts are still my specialty — no refined sugar, just real ingredients and satisfying textures.
What I care about most now is helping others — especially children — build a relationship with food that’s loving, curious, and confident. I believe when kids learn to cook, taste, and respect what they eat, they grow up healthier and happier.
