Realising a Dream: The Story Behind I Am Barista Coffee School

Welcome to I Am Barista Coffee School! Located in Melbourne CBD, this school fulfills one of my lifelong dreams. I’m Carlos, the founder and head trainer. My coffee journey began with eight years as a barista, crafting countless cups. This experience delighted customers and honed my craft.

Passionate about coffee, I dedicated five more years to training aspiring baristas. I shared my extensive knowledge and deepened my understanding of coffee. Consequently, I envisioned a coffee school where others could experience and appreciate coffee culture.

My vision came to life with I Am Barista Coffee School. As owner and lead trainer, I bring vast experience to the program. My expertise covers everything from perfecting espresso shots with our Barista Course to mastering latte art. I remain deeply connected to Melbourne’s dynamic coffee scene.
