Hi, I’m Rashmikant— owner and head chef at Indian Burrp in Cheltenham. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, and for the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of serving the Bayside community through Indian Burrp, a restaurant known for its authentic, home-style Indian flavours.

I grew up around food, spices and family cooking traditions, and that’s where my passion started. Teaching this craft feels natural to me — I love showing people how simple, fun, and flavourful Indian cooking can be when you understand the basics.

My classes blend real restaurant techniques with easy home-style methods, so anyone can recreate Indian Burrp flavours in their own kitchen. I focus on hands-on learning, spice confidence, and building flavour the right way.
