How the class runs
Arrival & Introduction
Guests arrive and are welcomed with a short introduction to the experience, the ingredients, and what they’ll be creating.
Demonstration
We begin with a step-by-step demonstration so guests can see the full process before getting started.
Hands-on Cooking
Guests then recreate each step themselves, working hands-on with guidance throughout the class. You will be divided in groups of minimum 2 people for the class.
We move around the room to assist, refine techniques where needed, and answer questions to ensure everyone feels confident and supported.
Enjoy the Meal
Everyone then sits down together to enjoy the creations made from scratch, which is always the most rewarding part of the experience.
Additions***
In the event of breads addition:
Due to fermentation and proofing times:
The dough-making process will be demonstrated in class
You will shape and prepare your dough during the session
Final proofing and baking will be completed at home
This ensures you fully understand the technique while respecting the natural timing required for quality bread and pizza.
For the same reason, if you are booking last minute, breads / focaccia might not be available as our proofing time is at least 24 hours to create the full taste & experience so please get in touch if you have any questions.
Dietaries
Gluten-free options available
Vegan options available
To add gluten-free or vegan options, please select your preference at checkout.

  • 5/5 from Rochelle Wrigglesworth, attended Sep 2026: Alessandra was a perfect host. Great teacher for beginners like our team and really fun. We came as a group for a team building activity and it was perfect - making everyone feel comfortable - even anyone who was more quiet was getting involved and having a wonderful time. Would recommend! Plus the food was amazing x x
  • 5/5 from Paul Santzaridis, attended Sep 2026: What a great experience Alessandra provided. Thoroughly genuine, it felt like learning to cook with Nonna. Lots of love of food and cooking, fun and the most important ingredient, mischief. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
  • 5/5 from Ririn Angraini Sulistari, attended Aug 2026: I'm very satisfied with this pasta class! The teacher was friendly and patient, and her teaching style was very clear and easy to follow. I learned many new tips and techniques. The class was fun and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
  • 5/5 from Jason Nassios, attended Jul 2026: Amazing! Alessandra was fantastic, great energy, simple ingredients, amazing flavour. And so engaging with our two kids. Highly recommended for families looking to enjoy some time (and great food!) together!
  • 5/5 from Guilherme Souza Lopes, attended May 2026: Amazing experience
  • 5/5 from Silvia de Gregorio, attended Apr 2026: LOVED IT. So fun, laughter and learning. It was such a relaxed environment and I feel so confident making pasta now.
  • 5/5 from Craig Mc Donald, attended Apr 2026: Great to work alongside a true professional in the industry. If you have ever thought about attending a class, don’t think any longer just do it. The take away knowledge from this hands on class is something you can use as soon as you get home. Alessandra is a consummate professional in the field of Italian cooking and makes a seemingly complicated cuisine so easy to do. If you are thinking of bring the office along for a team building day this is the ideal course to attend.. it is fun, informative and the edible end result rivals a feed from a top shelf Italiano restaurant. Don’t wait, book now, these classes are Melbourne’s best kept secret.
  • 5/5 from Mimi Ferrer, attended Apr 2026: Alessandra’s pasta-making class was an absolute 5-star experience. We learned to create a beautiful range of traditional egg pastas—from pappardelle and tagliatelle to delicate ravioli and ribbon pasta—paired with simple, delicious sauces that really let the ingredients shine. The class struck the perfect balance between fun and informative, with Alessandra’s warmth and expertise making it an engaging, hands-on experience from start to finish. It was the ideal way to spend a cosy, rainy Melbourne afternoon. I would highly recommend Elite Hospitality to anyone looking to learn a new skill or enjoy a memorable culinary experience. Now… time to put our new pasta-making skills to the test!
  • 1/5 from Nelly Tang, attended Apr 2026: I don't normally write a review but I think I am obliged to in this instance 1. The location of the workshop was masked for privacy and indicated the business based in Melbourne, even goggle search will provide Rose Lane in Melbourne. However the actual location was at West Footsctay, 15km away from Melbourne 2. The provider kept telling every other members even late comers that I have made a last minute booking, I am not sure what the intention was 3. The provider asked me to remove my mask and I believe it's one's will and again not sure what's the intention and not respecting people's will and I personally find it pretty offensive. It's not uncommon to wear mask in commercial kitchen 4. What shocked me was that we all.been asked to share one plate. Again, not respecting people and we all paid $95 pp for her class 5. The provider did not provide hygiene environment in working, to my surprise, she used the spoon dropped to the floor for cooking. She did not even bother to wash used spoon before use. I personally believe hygiene is one of the top consideration in hospitality industries considering heath and safety reasons. Highly recommended the provider to respect your guests and treat hygiene as top priority in her hospitality business
  • 5/5 from Andrew Rodman, attended Mar 2026: Took my mum here for Mother’s Day and had a fantastic time! Alessandra was really friendly and joyful. We learned some great tricks and enjoyed the food immensely. Our location was on west Footscray and felt quite industrial but don’t worry once inside you’ll feel very at home. Would definitely recommend going!
  • 5/5 from Shayne Le Roy, attended Mar 2026: Right from the outset, Alessandra made you feel welcome and relaxed for the class ahead. Her knowledge and easy relaxed manner (with a bit of humor) made the class very enjoyable and I would highly recommnd her class to any novice.
  • 5/5 from Rana Sawires, attended Mar 2026: Alessandra was an expert! She made the class fun and relaxed, while also making sure everyone felt confident with their new skills. And we came out with so much food! Couldn’t recommend more.
