5.0 (23)I am Jessica, a self-taught artist living and creating in the inner-north of Melbourne. Art has always been a part of my life and I've been creating and selling paintings for 20+ years.
My work is inspired by the form and colour of nature and exploring the vulnerable side of humanity. I paint with acrylics, watercolours and mixed media, often with a gilded element.
I love to teach and am passionate about helping people to engage creatively with the world. I believe that creativity has the power to foster joy, fulfilment and a flourishing life.

Jess & her assistant were fantastic! My daughter and her friend loved the class.
They made gorgeous pictures to bring home, also learnt about mixing colours.
Was a great time.

My daughter loved the art class. She brought home so many beautiful pieces of art from the session, including a canvas we have now put on the wall. Thank you Jess, im going to book an adult class next

We absolutely loved our Paint & Sip Class. Jess was such a lovely teacher too, she explained all the steps to paint our kingfisher bird well. She has put a lot of thought into the class, everything was high quality, especially the paints and brushes. A very nice touch with the nibbles also. I can’t wait to book another class with all my friends, it was definitely good value for money. The venue was absolutely beautiful too! Highly recommend!

Best format for paint and sip ever! Great teacher and environment. I will be doing this many more times. She provides great examples up front so you can work at your own pace.

This was so much fun! Jess is supportive and approachable, and creates a really lovely, chilled atmosphere. She has a really great method for teaching that means by the end you not only have a lovely painting you did -no matter what your skill level- but also the basic steps for how to do more. Recommend

I went with my mum and my husband as a fun activity and we had an amazing time! Jess was such a great teacher, she helped everyone and let us be as creative as we wanted. My mum thought it was going to be hard but Jess made it super easy for everyone, experienced or not. The venue was great, lots of space. Tools were all very good quality and the whole experience just felt really positive and fun. Would love to go to the next one

Jessica gave us everything we needed in terms of equipment and direction. Jessica created a lovely atmosphere with lots of laughs and the time flew by. I was so happy with what I painted and can’t wait to paint again!

Jess was such a great teacher! I don’t have much painting experience but Jess guided us through the steps to create a gorgeous kingfisher painting. It was also nice to paint something different to the usual paint and sip options. Jess provided snacks for the class and we had little breaks between each part of the process which were great to have a chat and nibble with friends who I went to the class with.
