I live in Brisbane, Queensland Australia with my husband and my 2 beautiful kids. This is my creative outlet during spare time (if I have any!). I love stationary and have done art lessons as a kid but dropped out during my teens with all the busyness happening around me.

I found the Cricut maker by accident when I was browsing during Black Friday. It was a very interesting machine and I have been teaching Cricut classes since November 2020. I have a background in IT and currently work in the CBD. I contribute to Facebook Cricut groups and draw inspiration from social media. I used to teach piano lessons and therefore have a background in teaching.

I ensure you have my fullest attention and that is why my classes will only consist of yourself, or if you wish, including a pal! I include all materials and also the Cricut machine, which allows you to enjoy the class stress-free without worrying what to buy and bring. The Cricut machine is amazing for business, events, personal crafting, etc.

The lesson was great. I finally learnt how to
navigate the design space with my machine.
Got some fabulous ideas and tips. Gave me confidence to try out my mugpress.
(which I love).
I really enjoyed making a transfer on a tote and a hair clip for my granddaughter. Can't wait to make a raindeer for a lollipop with her. She will love it.

This was an incredibly useful class. Joyce was patient and flexible with issues that cropped up and caused a postponing of the class.
I found Joyce to be a great teacher. She explained everything clearly and paused whenever I needed to slow down. Great projects and I'm so excited to utilise my new skills.

Joyce was so great! She was super patient and took time to carefully explain everything. Thanks especially to Joyce for being able to assist with NDIS needs. I really enjoyed the class and learnt great basics and how to’s about my Cricut machine - I feel a lot more confident using it and also now I know the basics of design space too. Joyce is patient and answers questions well. We got through four projects in the timeframe and I am keen to use the techniques learned on some projects of my own.
I would highly recommend Joyce if you have a cricut but are unsure how to get started and want someone to step you through some use cases and talk through nuances of the machine and the design space.

I purchased this one on one class as a Christmas Gift for my daughter who was new to the Cricut world. In two short hours Joyce opened our minds to the possibilities with a Cricut. We had both made projects before but hadn’t really understood how to conceive of things outside the examples in the design space. It was a really inspiring session and we made 4 impressive projects. Joyce provided the materials and gave us a full rundown of what we used, links and discount codes as well as ideas to save money on materials.

Joyce was great at teaching my friend and I how to use the design space. We each did our own lollypop holder, put a name on a glass and did an iron transfer onto a bag! Great value for money. If you are a beginner this is a valuable 2 hour workshop Definitely recommend!
