Juanita's Kitchen

Hello, Im Juanita and my journey with food began many years ago with my very first job at 16 in a small restaurant in Ballarat.
In 2010 I created the brand Juanita's Kitchen with a range of products.
For the past 8 years I have also had my own Mexican Restaurant until I came to the realisation that it had taken me away from my true passion, which is, helping people create delicious , nutritious and easy home cooked meals which was the inspiration for my product range.
So here I am back where I want to be which is wanting to share again.
My background is actually Croatian, but I specialise in authentic Mexican and West African cuisine. I prefer plant based, so I do love to adapt authentic recipes to be plant based but without the use of processed meat substitutes.

I am a cook with a world of knowledge, especially with dietary requirements and would love to share with you some of this learned experiences and tips.
My classes are fun and relaxed and you will walk away with a whole lot of new ideas for meals.
