As a Life Coach and Mentor, my passion is to hold space for people to discover their deepest potential and to share their unique gifts with the world.After losing our nine-year-old son in 2001, my life completely changed and suddenly, I had to learn how to face the immense grief and pain that followed after losing a child. But one of the ways that really helped me express my grief was through Art and Creativity. My 'Creative Art Classes' are a beautiful space to connect and express your true self through Art. My classes are a mixture of mindfulness, creativity and fun!No Art skills or experience are needed in my classes, instead, its a time to nurture your needs and to inspire and express your natural creativity.You will walk away from my classes feeling peaceful, connected, and motivated, which allows you to explore your creative nature in new ways.I look forward to meeting you!
