2 x 5 hours Class size 1 to 10

label $370 - $375 (or 4 payments of $92.50 - $93.75 Afterpay)
($375 per guest when you book for 1 guest, $370 for 2+ guests)

Learn the process of creating a leadlight window from pattern and glass selection, to glass cutting, breaking, and shaping, working with lead cames, and soldering, puttying, and finishing panels in our custom-built studio in our historic precinct.

Working with your choice of one of our pre-prepared patterns you will be shown all of the relevant skills including how to cut and shape glass pieces using glass cutters and glass grinders. Projects are kept to a manageable size and design so that you will be able to experience the whole process of creating a leadlight panel.

The workshop costs include all materials required and all tools will be provided in the studio.

The class will run in two sessions to allow for the whole process to be explored.
Session 1: 10:30am- 3:30pm Saturday (includes break for lunch which is provided)
Session 2: 10:30am - until project is finished on Sunday (some participants may finish their projects earlier).

Lunch will be provided on the first day using all local organic produce and can cater for any dietary requirements you may have. We also provide you with a divine afternoon treat and tea and coffee facilities are available throughout the course. We anticipate that participants will be completed in time to check out one of our great local cafes for a late lunch on Sunday.

Accessibility
Leadlight By Ettore's studio is fully accessible for mobility aids and wheelchairs, if you require our modified wheelchair workbench please notify us upon booking.

Health and Safety Warning:
Please be aware that this workshop will place participants in contact with a small amount of lead in both the lead came and the soldering process, participants who are pregnant or have other medical concerns are recommended to seek medical advice.

Please note
Sessions at The Old Auction House require a minimum of four participants to run. In the event that we do not have sufficient students we will cancel the class and contact you a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the session to organise a full refund or transfer to another date.
