2.5 hours Class size 1 to 15 guests

  $69 (Afterpay available)

Step into a calm, creative studio environment and explore the fundamentals of drawing through thoughtfully styled still life arrangements. This Guided Open Studio is ideal for anyone who values the freedom to work at their own pace while still benefiting from professional support.
Each session begins with a short demonstration, where your artist guide introduces key drawing techniques and approaches. You will then work independently from a curated still life setup, which may include botanical elements, drapery, glass objects, or seasonal arrangements.
Throughout the session, you will receive personalised guidance and one-on-one feedback as you develop your work. Whether you are new to drawing or looking to refine your observational skills, this session offers a balanced mix of structure, support, and creative independence.
Perfect for:
  • Beginners seeking a structured yet relaxed introduction to drawing
  • Creatives wanting to build a consistent studio practice
  • Anyone looking for a mindful, hands-on creative experience
What you will learn:
  • How to simplify and compose a still life
  • Observing light, shadow, and tonal value
  • Working confidently with drawing materials, including charcoal and graphite, on artist-grade papers
