What you'll do
Join Oasis founder, Marwa Makool as she demonstrates how to cook authentic Middle Eastern barbeque. This is a demonstration and hands-on session so be ready to get involved with marinades, spice rubs, salads and more! Besides savouring the delicious Lebanese barbeque meal, you will also enjoy complimentary Lebanese coffee, tea and sweets during the class. You will be given a short tour of the Oasis store, where you will be offered a 10% discount on any groceries you wish to purchase. You’ll be taking home recipe cards with all the advice you need to recreate a perfect Middle Eastern barbeque feast at home, so you may need to stock up!
