I'm Ishik, a ceramic artist and instructor based in Mordialloc, Melbourne, where I run one-on-one sculpture, handbuilding, and wheel-throwing workshops at my private studio, Lumière Boutique Ceramic Studio.

My journey into art began later in life—but right on time. The first time I touched clay, I felt something long-silenced inside me awaken. Since then, I’ve learned to think not only with my mind but with my hands.

The relationship I’ve built with clay is more than a creative process—it’s a way of discovering and transforming myself. Now, sharing that experience with others has become my greatest joy. Helping people connect with their own creativity through clay is both my passion and my purpose.
