Hi, I'm Lynne.

I spent 30 years in corporate management, which I enjoyed for the most part, but it ended in burnout. That's when I turned to coaching. The hard part was discovering how much of what took me down could have been prevented, and that nobody had ever shown me how.

So that became the work. I learned EFT tapping through The Tapping Solution, trained as a coach with Coach U in 2016, and studied hypnosis at The Centre for Integrative Hypnosis. For nearly ten years, I've coached professionals living the same pressure I used to, with clients across Australia, the UK and the US. My guided meditations have been on Insight Timer for years, and some client reviews are on Google.

Sessions with me are hands-on. Tapping usually gets a giggle at first, a room of professionals tapping on their own faces. The giggling stops when their stress number drops a few minutes later. Most people ask why they're only hearing about this now.

I'm based in Port Melbourne and run sessions at your workplace or online.
