We’re Mimi (Naomi Crisante) and Mandy (Amanda Menegazzo) – long-time friends, food professionals, and passionate home cooks. With decades of experience between us, we’ve taught, styled, written, and cooked our way through just about every corner of the food world.

We started Mad Cooks because we saw something missing: a chance for people to learn how to cook – face to face, hands-on, with real guidance and encouragement.
