2022 is a new year and with it comes new experiences and aspirations. So come and make your new year intentions clear in this beautiful Latinx offering ritual at The Windsor Workshop.
Join Maria from Say Hola in this traditional and visual meditation, that will have you feeling purposeful, relaxed and reflective. Learn how to make your very own 'nicho altar' and discover more about this Latinx ritual.
Whether your intentions are personal, professional or spiritual, this meditation class is the perfect opportunity to set your thoughts, energy and intuition into 2022.
The materials needed for your nicho altar will be provided, but be sure to bring any pictures or items you would like to include. As we go on this meditative journey together discover what you hope to gain from your nicho and where it can be used as a constant reminder in 2022.
Enjoy some sweet Latin tunes, Latin sweets and a refresco (refreshing beverage!) throughout the workshop. We may even play a game of Loteria!
