I am Meg, a passionate artist and guided meditation facilitator based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, with a background in corporate administrative and IT roles and as a professional kinesiology consultant and mentor.

My passion for facilitating group creativity, movement, and meditation classes for inspiration, communication, and ‘the freedom to fly’ began in 2005 and has continued to grow and morph into this gorgeous and playful meditative-creative-heart council group series for adults and kids of all ages, abilities, and diversities.

Introverted by nature, and holding a flame for heart-guided women in leadership, my passion is for creating sanctuary spaces where you can be held in a nurturing, relaxed, supportive environment, discovering your own strengths and confidence through curious exploration and creativity. Sharing is sacrosanct, always optional, and held in strict confidence with understanding, deep compassion, and acceptance.
