In this exciting Mexican cooking class, you will master the art of creating delicious dishes to impress your friends and family. Get ready to learn how to make mouth-watering pulled beef tacos with fresh Pico de Gallo, crispy battered fish tacos with mango coriander salsa, flavourful Mexican street corn, and end on a sweet note with chilli lime sorbet (premade, but we'll share the recipe and enjoy it together).
Starting something new can be nerve-wracking, but rest assured that this class is designed for beginners. You'll be guided through each step with expert tips and a supportive atmosphere. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Throughout this cooking workshop, you'll work with fresh and vibrant ingredients that will awaken your senses. I’ve always been a big foodie so naturally after finishing high school, I started an apprenticeship as a chef. I’ve now been a qualified chef for 20 years and have run my own successful catering business for 10 of those years.
