This is not your average Mexican cooking class! In this taco making, class you will be led by a professional chef---Nelson Burgos, former chef at Melbourne's game-changing Mexican restaurant Mamasita, who will share recipes and stories of Mexican cuisine as you learn how to lift your taco game.You'll start with street corn and quesadilla before moving onto making your own tortillas with Masa flour and filling with marinated grilled fish or chicken. And of course, no taco is complete without fresh salsas, pickles and salads.
