Based in Brisbane.
In a unique collaboration between Sweetwood House x Buns in Bun, this workshop allows you to make an original milk tea dough infused with the rich aroma of bubble milk tea.
You will learn the art of milk tea dough making and creative bun shaping, and making your own handmade character gua bao.
Then, you will get to enjoy the buns you've made with this delicious filling that brings together iconic Taiwanese flavours: braised pork, pickled mustard greens, and peanut powder, all freshly served hot—an explosion of Taiwanese taste in every bite!
As a bonus, the workshop also includes a cup of pearl milk tea, delighting both your eyes and your taste buds.
Friendly note: Vegetarian option available - braised tofu can be used in place of pork. Please indicate "vegetarian" when registering.
