Your teacher
I’ve always been a big foodie so naturally after finishing high school, I started an apprenticeship as a chef. I’ve now been a qualified chef for 20 years and have run my own successful catering business for 10 of those years. Over the last 10 years I’ve also spent time teaching hospitality courses for various providers so it was just a natural progression to open my own cooking school right here on the Gold Coast!I have travelled the world extensively and always find a cooking class to attend on my travels. So have a wider array of experience of different foods and culture cultures. I grew up with a Chinese stepmum so have a particular interest in Chinese and Asian food and would love to share it with you!I have a love of anything sweet and desert so have created a few classes around this for those were the sweet tooth like me. I can’t wait to meet you and spend time helping you learn my craft!
