Andrew had previously spent 18 years owning/operating 'Ing Homewares' on Centre Rd. With a passion for quality and design, he cultivated a loyal customer base, and it was very early in this time that he met Nicci, a spirited customer whose vibrant personality and artistic flair quickly caught his attention.

Recognising their shared passion for unique design, Andrew invited Nicci to join his team. Their collaboration blossomed into something truly special, leading to the birth of NEWLOVE. Together, they blend their individual strengths—Andrew's extensive experience in jewellery retail and Nicci's boundless creativity and design background—to create pieces that resonate with people looking for style without compromise. Each item is designed and hand-constructed in-store, ensuring that every piece reflects their commitment to quality and affordability.
