My journey with Yoga was a seed planted decades ago. Growing up in the warmth of a deep spiritual circle, I watched my mother move with a grace that only comes from inner alignment. She was my first teacher, my greatest inspiration, and the reason I eventually stepped onto the mat to claim my own path.

Since 2009, Yoga has become my sanctuary from the "noise" of the modern world. It is the practice where I trade the chaos of a busy life for the quiet strength of Ojas (vital energy) and the weightless bliss of Euphoria.

I am here to share this journey with you—the seekers, the health-conscious, and the busy souls. My mission is to help you peel back the layers of external sound to find the profound connection to your true self that has always been there.
