Drawing from treasured heritage recipes and regional techniques, you will learn to prepare a curated selection of dishes that highlight the signature gravies, slow-cooked meats, fragrant rice preparations, and vibrant vegetable dishes that define the North.
Guided by Spice Queen Tanya Carneiro, you will master the art of balancing Northern spice profiles—warming rather than overwhelming and heavy—while learning the precise techniques that create depth, silkiness, and unmistakable character in every dish.
From careful spice blooming to heritage cooking methods, each element is taught with intention and clarity.

With over 400 signature recipes across Heavenly Morsel’s masterclass collection, this regional experience may be booked over 40 times, each with an entirely new and bespoke menu—allowing guests to return again and again while continuing to learn something new.
