In this class, you will learn about tantalising North Indian cuisine and how to cook various traditional dishes by an expert chef. You'll learn about the staple ingredients & dishes eaten in the Regal North Indian area and learn about the use of charcoal to create that signature tandoor aroma. You'll then get hands-on with fresh seasonal vegetables, meats and cheese and try out a range of delicious and easy recipes.

You will cook a selection of the following:

The person running the classes has their first vaccine on Sep 17th and 2nd vaccine 3 weeks after that.
We are extremely strict with guests and ask them to declare if they have been to any of the exposure sites on the DHS website prior to arrival for the class.

Before I was able to walk or talk, I have been mastering the art of Regional Indian Cooking & seafood under my Grandmother’s wing. This is why Heavenly Morsel is built on centuries of authenticity & skill.

Nana Lucy was a famous cook in her coastal town, having people come from far and wide to taste her signature cuisine & exquisite seafood. Her head-turning recipes & teachings are my family jewel, passed down many generations – true Portuguese-Indian food. A hidden gem cuisine like no other.

I proudly created Heavenly Morsel Melbourne, with the vision of bringing authentic Regional Indian cooking into the spotlight, through bespoke luxurious class settings where one can relax & be taken on a mouthwatering culinary journey that awakens all five senses.

After dining at countless Indian restaurants, reading plenty of online recipes & attending numerous “Indian” cooking classes in Australia, I have been greatly disappointed at what was served or taught because there was no proper authenticity, unique selection or delicious showcasing of the true cuisine!
I could not believe how wrong this was. People were missing out on the skillful, healthy cuisine of Indian cooking!

Thus, I have come to realize that educating people on how to cook genuine sumptuous Indian food, the way you would find in Indian homes – has become a life goal.

The immense satisfaction I get when I see my students have a lightbulb moment tasting proper Indian food & see how proud they are of what they cook, is like no other feeling in this world.
