Your instructor Neda, who grew up in vibrant Mumbai but hails from Lucknow — once called Awadh, the city of Nawabs — brings with her the culinary legacy of Awadhi and Mughlai cuisine. Raised in a family of passionate home cooks, she shares recipes and techniques passed down through generations, preserving the art of slow cooking, balanced spicing, and layered flavors.
What you’ll learn in this class:
  • Chicken Dahiwala – a beautifully fragrant chicken curry with a creamy yoghurt-based sauce, infused with mild spices.
  • Zeera Rice – delicate basmati rice flavored with toasted cumin seeds for a subtly nutty aroma.
  • Indian-style stir-fried spiced potatoes – a flavorful side dish that perfectly complements the meal.
