Nourish and Breathe

Nourish and Breathe offers a flexible, warm and inviting space to hold your event or workshop. Nourish and Breathe is located in the vibrant new precinct at Dairy Road Flat in Fyshwick, ACT. Our space is brand new, fully furnished and features high open ceilings, a commercial kitchen and two flexible spaces for workshops, which can be closed off from each other or left open.

Our main open "dining" area features a beautiful, long communal table which can be used for workshops, events or meetings and would seat creative workshops with up to 8-10 people.

Our second space is a large "open space" room which would be perfect for a small yoga or meditation workshop or add tables for art and craft or photography. This space is ideal for groups of up to 4-6 people with yoga mats, or up to 8 seated. Also would be perfect for temporary photography studio set up as the light is lovely.

A commercial kitchen is available onsite allowing for self-catering, or for use and incorporating as part of your workshop, or ask about our whole foods catering for your next workshop.

Easy access, accessible, bathrooms close-by and ample car parking options for clients. Potential for in-house referrals and advertising via the website, newsletter and social media.
