How can we help?
Q: Do I need any prior painting experience?
Not at all. All classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’ve never painted before or you’re returning to art after a break, you’ll be guided step by step.
Q: Is the studio accessible?
The studio has a small step (approximately 5cm) at the entrance, followed by a ramp between the front and back rooms. Some walkways are narrow. If you have any access or mobility requirements, please get in touch before booking — I’m very happy to chat and see how I can make the space work best for you.
Q: What happens if I miss a class?
Because classes are small and structured, missed sessions generally can’t be made up (unless a private session is booked). However, you’ll still receive guidance and support to help you continue confidently. I also have lots of resources which can help fill in any gaps!
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: Free to cancel or reschedule up until 7 days before the class

The Studio is directly opposite the number 75 tram stop, and approximately 5 mins walk from Camberwell Junction. There is street parking as well as parking across the road at the Civic Centre :)

My studio is a warm, inviting space in Camberwell where we slow down, play with paint, and make art that feels good. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to art after a break, my classes are all about confidence, curiosity and joyful creative expression. We focus on hands-on learning, gentle guidance, playful prompts and a friendly, no-pressure vibe — because art should be fun and supportive, not intimidating. From beginner oil painting courses to theme-based workshops and monthly sketch groups, each session is designed to help you see better, paint with more confidence, and enjoy the experience of making with others. You’ll leave with new skills, new art, and often new friends too.
