What you'll do
Looking for things to do in Brisbane at night? Well, these paint and sip classes at Cucina by la dolce vita, valley are some of the best activities out there!
This paint and sip class is perfect for beginners and is run by experienced artists from the Wesley Taylor team, who will guide you through the whole process.
Wesley is a phenomenal artist and gentle teacher. Even if you’re a painting novice, Wesley will soon have you painting up a storm – or more likely a sunset, and feeling right at home in the process.
Held at Cucina by la dolce vita, valley, with parking within reach of the restaurant. You will have a meal included in the ticket price, which you can enjoy either before or during the session. Your also able to purchase food and drinks at your leisure, with delectable wines.
The paint and sip class runs for two hours with all art materials supplied. And at the end of the night, you get a painting to hang in your living room, (or at least put a photo of up on social media)!
Covid Safe Plan: Social spacing in place. If feeling unwell please contact us earlier than later for transfer of date with no cancellation fees if notified. For reduced materials contact points with staff, Aprons will no longer be provided, however available for purchase in advance.

Note, the Valley Cucina for $58 includes the dinner with pizza or pasta excluding seafood. No byo as licensed restaurant.Â

- Only $59 session early bird includes the dinner as outlined for each night. You're welcome to dine before the session, or during the session.
What to bring
- Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on or bring an apron as we do not lend out aprons due to Covid procedures.
- All other food and drinks are for separate sale. Licensed bar with no BYO.

1k followersI'm a Brisbane-based artist, and I've been painting and drawing since my early childhood days. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the Queensland Art Gallery, which gave me ample opportunity to pursue my passion and hone my skills.
I'm very much inspired by the beauty and diversity of Australia. Many of my paintings focus on landscapes, surreal, animals and people. North Queensland is a particular favourite, and you'll see the influence of coral seas and mountain landscapes throughout my artwork. I have a post-impressionist style through which I try to capture the wonder of the world around us.
I specialise in pastel on card, and acrylic on canvas, though I'm also experimenting with abstract and air brush.
I've been fortunate enough to display my work in many art exhibitions, and have been the recipient of many prizes and awards.
I offer Paint and Sip sessions along with Clay and Sip sessions, both at discounted rates for ClassBento Patrons. I believe in bringing these experiences to the customer at the very best competitive price possible, the real Australian Way. The Retail on these sessions is RRP is $45 however I offer Clay and sip at $29 per person, and Paint and Sip sessions from $29 per person on the Cheap Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Friday and Saturday nights are also the most competitive prices found in Brisbane discounted down to $29 per person. We offer the highest quality service with artist assistants to help customers with their paintings, along with the teachers. Our assistants will also run sessions so we will have two teachers for a single session. We have the largest range of paintings available with over 80 paintings on the gallery page of Wesley Taylor Art Studios, with the painting for each week can be found on the web page.
We have some new experiences coming available with Candle making and soap making. These will also be offered at the most competitive prices to bring them into reach for everyone. We hope you enjoy these sessions for a fun experience. The paintings are creative for maximum impact of colours, while keeping in mind for first time painting experience. Those with little more practice will create some amazing pieces
