How can we help?
Q: What happens if I can't attend a session?
If you can’t make one or more of the classes during the term, that’s totally okay, sometimes life happens! I will do everything I can to get you back up to speed in the following sessions and provide you with copies of any materials covered during the missed session. Unfortunately I can’t offer partial refunds or free makeup classes, as places are limited and courses are designed to be taken as a block. Makeup classes can be scheduled privately subject to availability and the usual studio private lesson fee.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations or reschedules allowed
Q: How long does the class run for, and what's the price?
