Path to a Creative Photographer Class

The first class in my workshop series: Path to Becoming a Creative PhotographerThis is both a talk and a practical, hands-on photography experience. During and between the talks, you’ll take on creative challenges designed to help you experiment, see things differently and think “outside the frame.” The challenges are woven through the class, not left until the endI’ll share my creative mindset, workflows, resources and process for planning, shooting and editing process. I’ll also break down one of my past creative shoots, show you the apps I use to visualise and plan ideas, and talk about how photography has helped me grow personally—from being an introvert to becoming more confident with public speaking.Class topics:Building a creative mindsetFrom introvert to public speaking and how photography helped meFinding inspiration and where I look for itThinking outside the frame and challenging yourselfPlanning a creative shootApps I use to visualise and plan shootsA breakdown of one of my creative shootsMy photography and post-editing workflowThe tools and resources I useHands-on creative photography challenges throughout the classClasses are outdoors, with possible locations in Caulfield, Malvern, St Kilda Botanical Gardens, Elwood, Port Melbourne, Brighton, Glen Iris or Clayton.
