With over two decades of experience, Nellie has taught thousands of home cooks how to create delicious meals with confidence, and now she’s sharing her expertise in a pizza-making workshop.
In this class, you’ll discover the secrets behind perfectly airy dough, balanced toppings, and achieving the ideal crispy-yet-light crust. You’ll leave with practical skills and techniques to replicate amazing pizzas in your own kitchen.
What you’ll learn:
  • Learn how to mix, knead, and ferment dough for the perfect texture and flavour.
  • Master the technique of hand-stretching dough for an even, airy crust.
  • Create balanced, flavourful toppings, using high-quality ingredients.
  • Learn to cook pizzas at 400°C using the Gozney Roccbox for a replica of a wood-fired experience.
  • Discover also how to use a barbecue with a pizza stone for a great home-cooking alternative.
  • Understand different flour types, hydration levels, and fermentation methods to elevate your pizza-making.
By the end of this class, you will have created and enjoyed your own homemade pizza while gaining the confidence and knowledge to recreate the experience at home.

Nellie is continually exploring food history in other cultures & hosts food & wine tours overseas every year.
