Learn all the secrets for a perfect dough made at home in Melbourne!
In this class, you'll get the full experience of learning to knead your pizza dough by hand. Giuseppe will guide you step by step, explaining all the secrets and tips.
You will also be able to get behind the scenes in the pizza section and stretch your own pizzas! Giuseppe will also show you how to cook it to perfection.

Welcome to Classe 90 Vice Pizzeria.
Our journey has begun last year, when Giuseppe decided to start his own business with the help of Francesco from Classe 90 Pizzeria. After working many years together, they decided to open a second store in Ascot Vale.
Giuseppe pizzas skills started in Italy, where his family still owns a restaurant. At the age of 14 he was already capable of running the pizza section. After almost 20 years, his knowledge is very solid when talking about making dough, technique and skills.
He moved to Australia in 2014. Three weeks later he was already working for a well know restaurant that nowdays has multiple locations. He started running classes as well for this famous pizza shop along side the main pizzaiolo, which is also the owner.
Realised straight away that this is something that he truly loves! Sharing the passion he has to others.
Our pizza style is unique, fluffy, light and easy to digest. We carefully select high quality products and main word for us is consistency.
Giuseppe has been featured few times also on SBS radio, where he shared some recipes, and he’s part of the Neapolitan Association Pizzaiuli in the world.
