Searching for the best vegan cooking classes in Melbourne? Join Steph in her gorgeous home kitchen in Hawthorn as she takes you through a menu of magic midweek meals! Delicious, speedy, healthy “fast food” dinners, all plant-based and bursting with nutrition, fibre, protein and flavour.

In this class, you will learn how to bring more plant-based goodness into your weekly repertoire. Easy, delicious and simple meals that elevate veggies and plant proteins to give you a nourishing and satisfying meal to feed the family. Most importantly, these meals don’t need a thousand new and wonderful ingredients, just basic, whole foods, from the ground; a balanced meal to nourish you and your family!

What you'll cook during the class:

  • Cheats Moroccan tagine with chickpeas
  • Lentil chilli with avocado
  • Mexican stuffed sweet potatoes with black beans
  • Hearty spaghetti bolognese
  • Tempeh San Choy Bau
  • Sticky tofu bowl with soba noodles

At the end of the cooking class, everyone will sit down to enjoy a delicious plant-based feast of their own making!

You’ll leave with six new wonderful recipes to have in your back pocket for easy midweek dinners, plus the knowledge you need to swap ingredients out based on seasonality, what’s in your fridge and pantry, and how to stock your pantry for maximum convenience to get the most out of your new repertoire!

Steph is only running private cooking classes at this time, either two or three hours in duration. This menu reflects a three hour class however the full menu reflects a three-hour class (see corresponding two hour class listing for the abbreviated menu).
