Our freshly revamped spacious warehouse with boho/rattan features (and of course - plants) is a great vibe for any event!
A light space with crisp white and soft neutral walls mean a great back drop for your events photos and displays.
Currently used for art classes and workshops (including events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, corporate events) but is also suitable for a clinic space (mobile massage etc.), food/health workshops, small seminars etc.
What is included and available with your hire:
- Air-conditioning
- Great airflow with barn door, roller door and large window able to be opened
- Spacious and versatile area
- 500m walk from Harbour Town (transport, restaurants/fast food, supermarket options) or 300m walk from Coles supermarket
- 20x plastic chairs available (optional)
- Tables available (optional): 6x 1.8m fold up trestle tables + 4x fold up small trestles + 1x 120cm table
- 10x large art easels available upon request (an additional flat rate/single payment of $20p/day and must be organised in advance)
- 2 sinks (1 in bathroom)
- Private onsite toilet and bathroom with grab rail
- 2 car parks available + on street parking
- Fully accessible premises/single story + no steps
- Large fridge
- Kitchenette with kettle + range of teas & coffees provided
- Water machine with cold water provided
- Mugs, jug, cups, cutlery, plates and bowls provided for your use
- Small outdoor courtyard as additional space
- 5x powerpoint outlets with 1x extension cord provided
- 2x 180cm tall wire storage racks with shelves/drying rack
- Ability to utilise the wall hangings for displays (must let us know in advance, so we can remove our artwork)
- A clutter free environment, walk straight in and set up without having to put away our stuff
- If requested (and suitable), we can advertise your event to our Facebook page with 2k+ followers and hundreds of past Gold Coast art workshop participants

Rachel is a self taught Resin Artist who started her creative journey in 2017. In 2020 she started teaching Resin Art Workshops full time across Queensland. Her workshops are now permanently spanned across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Cairns and Port Douglas. RRW ART workshops promote and provide inclusion.
Rachel's personal large scaled works have featured in local and international hotels, resorts, homes and businesses. Her work has been featured in House & Garden UK.
Rachel wants every participant to feel empowered, confident and knowledgeable once they've participated in a workshop; whether that be for the day or to continue on using Resin.
RRW ART offers a range of resin supplies including pigments, silicone moulds and art boards.
