Premium Emotional Regulation Camp



8 to 12 years     15 hours total (over 3 dates) Class size 1 to 10 guests

3-day experience. This small-group holiday camp helps children build confidence, emotional awareness, creativity, and social connection through engaging activities like crafts, painting, creative writing, role play, movement, games, and collaborative art projects.
Led by an integrative arts therapist, the program gently supports kids to express themselves, work with others, and develop confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
The experience is structured as a three-day journey:
Starting Wednesday, 8-9-10 April
Day 1 – Connection & Safety
Kids get to know each other through playful games, movement, and creative activities that help them feel comfortable and part of the group.
Day 2 – Exploration & Expression
Through painting, crafts, storytelling, and role-playing activities, children explore emotions, communication, and teamwork in creative ways.
Day 3 – Integration & Confidence
Children create a meaningful project to take home and share what they discovered during the camp, finishing the experience with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Schedule
Creative program: 9:30am – 12:30pm
Optional extended supervised play: 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Children can stay for relaxed supervised time, including drawing, crafts, board games, reading, and finishing creative projects.
