Scrub and Soak Botanicals Workshop

A hands-on workshop where you’ll craft your own botanical bath salts and scrubs

2 hours Class size 4 to 15 guests

$85 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Create. Soak. Slow down.
In this creative & guided experience, you'll enjoy a hands-on workshop crafting your own botanical bath salts and scrubs using natural ingredients, essential oils, and our farm-grown lavender, followed by a foot spa to try them for yourself!
This is more than your typical workshop. It's a guided, creative experience designed to reconnect you with simple rituals, using ingredients that are good for your skin and grounded in nature. You'll blend, mix, and experiment, then step back and enjoy what you’ve created.
What to expect:
  • Create your own bath salts and scrubs: Blend a variety of ingredients, including Epsom salts, to create your own unique blends.
  • Lavender at the core: Use our farm-grown lavender essential oil and dried buds throughout your products.
  • Blend your own signature scent: Experiment with scents through essential oils and dried botanicals to create something uniquely yours.
  • Experience your creations and indulge in morning tea: This is where the experience shifts from making to feeling. Whilst enjoying a relaxed morning tea, soak your feet in a warm botanical foot spa using the very products you’ve created. Set outdoors overlooking our lavender fields, or in our well-appointed workshop, depending on the weather.

Wine Country Lavender

female Women-owned

I’ve always been passionate about education, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences for people, and Wine Country Lavender grew naturally from those passions. My background is in language teaching and higher education. The idea for our lavender farm began during a time when we were looking for a slower, more grounded way of life. What started as a dream quickly became a huge learning journey - from planting thousands of lavender plants on heavy clay soil, to learning regenerative farming methods, distillation, product formulation, and tourism experiences. Like many farmers, we’ve faced floods, drought, extreme heat, and challenging seasons, but that is farming in general!
What I love most is creating experiences that help people slow down, connect, and learn something new. Whether it’s a workshop, a farm tour, a tea tasting, or a wellness session, I enjoy seeing people relax, become creative, and leave feeling inspired and refreshed. Teaching has always been at the heart of what I do - I love making learning practical, engaging, and enjoyable, rather than overwhelming or intimidating.
Something many people don’t realise is how versatile lavender really is. Beyond its beautiful fragrance, it can be used in culinary creations, wellness products, skincare, herbal teas, natural cleaning, and even regenerative farming systems. We grow different lavender varieties for different purposes — some for medicinal and culinary use, others for fragrance, essential oils, or dried bouquets.
I design our workshops to be hands-on, welcoming, educational, and relaxed.
Wine Country Lavender has also been recognised through several regional tourism and business awards, including being named a finalist in local business and tourism awards, and winning the 2025 TALGA Excellence in Tourism Award. We’re also proud to be Carbon8 Verified RegenGrown for our regenerative farming practices.
