When I first migrated to Australia, the lack of good pizza really gave me the push I needed in order to learn and perfect my technique over the years, Now I have started my own business and can come and help you become a master pizza maker too!
I enjoy cooking and eating italian food and have taught many buddying pizzaiolos throughout my career and now I can help you!
You can come around to my place where I have a full setup with my trailer oven, and together we will make amazing pizzas for you to share with the people you love!

Sebastian was very hospitable the minute I arrived made me feel comfortable. He was full of knowledge learnt a fair bit in a short amount of time. I enjoyed tasting the pizza's we made. He offered cold/hot beverages. I took home pizza's which the family enjoyed. Great value for money. I HIGHLY recommend doing this class, a fun activity.

Sebastiano’s hospitality was incredible from the moment he greeted us right until we left. He taught us many pizza making skills and gave us great tips! We were able to eat the different pizzas throughout the class as well as a Nutella pizza and he provided everything we needed, offering us cold beverages and coffees! It was so lovely chatting to him and learning from him. We left with full stomachs and boxes of pizzas to take home! Great value for money. I HIGHLY recommend doing this class, a fun activity with friends or family.
