What you'll do
Learn about sustainable living and wellness in our engaging workshop! In this class, you'll have the opportunity to create your very own multi-purpose natural oil using native Australian ingredients like kakadu plum, lemon myrtle, Australian sweet orange, wattle seed, Davidson plum, quandong, and blue cypress. This workshop is a fantastic way to celebrate NAIDOC week, National Sorry Day, Harmony Day, National Reconciliation Week, or simply to explore the traditional uses of native Australian herbs and plants.
Discover how to make a versatile oil that can be used as a face moisturiser, beard oil, leave-on hair conditioner, perfume oil, and bath oil. We'll provide organic jojoba oil and premium native Australian ingredients for you to experiment with.
During the workshop, we'll discuss the benefits of these natural and vegan ingredients, as well as their traditional Aboriginal applications. You'll have the opportunity to formulate your own multi-purpose oil, while also learning about minimalist skincare and reducing waste by using multi-purpose products.
All necessary materials and handouts will be provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience.

Lily teaches regular face-to-face workshops in Melbourne for private customers, companies, charities, universities, communities and small groups on Saturdays. She also teaches online, sharing her passion for DIY Beauty to other countries and cities.
