Silver Jewellery Making Workshop

Looking for a creative adventure in silversmithing? Join our jewellery making class in Mt Dandenong, where you will learn how to create your own stunning set of Australian sterling silver (or gold) jewellery.

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity and craft something truly unique to reflect your personal style.

Under the guidance of goldsmith Helene Campbell, you'll learn the techniques of texturing and shaping sterling silver to create silver jewellery.

You choose your project from:
1 x ring and 1 x pendant OR
1 x pair of earrings OR
2 x rings.

Our workshop is held on a relaxing Saturday/Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm, giving you the perfect atmosphere to unwind and immerse yourself in this enjoyable activity. Throughout the class, you'll work at a real jeweller's bench, allowing you to connect with the craft and appreciate the effort that goes into creating handmade jewellery.

You'll be provided with the necessary materials and tools and Helene will guide you every step of the way. Feel free to ask questions, seek guidance and let your creativity flow.

In addition to the workshop, you'll have plenty of time to explore Olinda Village and indulge in the local hospitality. Take a leisurely stroll, have a refreshing drink or treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of our charming pubs, bistros or restaurants.

By the end of the class, you'll proudly walk away with your very own handmade jewellery, making this experience not only enjoyable but also rewarding.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or someone who may have previously dabbled in jewellery making with metal. Must be 18+ in age.
 

• At the end of the workshop, you will walk away with jewellery you have designed and made in Australian sterling silver.
• Materials will be provided.

• Hair clips, ties, etc., for long hair.
